For years I have been faithful to the prancing horse, till recently..
yes, i have a new favorite now..
the thing that stole my heart is the Aston Martin DBS, well, cant really explain that. It just happens, like when you have a crush on the girl/boy next to you.
frankly speaking, I can't find any reason NOT to like an Aston Martin.
Sure it doesn't spark as much excitement as a Ferrari or a Lamborghini,
but it's definitely a damn good looking car.
It's a gentleman's supercar, discreet, sporty yet formal.
Then u will get 15 year olds yepping about the Ferrari F430 and the Lamborghini Gallardo. No doubt these are absolutely wonderful cars and will easily turn more heads than the Aston Martin DBS.
But..Ferraris appear in Miami Vice, driven by Detective Sergeant James "Sonny" Crockett / Sonny Burnett is that cool? no.
Lamborghini appeared in Mission Impossible 3 driven by Agent Ethan Matthew Hunt.
ok..i admit that's quite cool. But Gallardos makes any of it's drivers under 30 look like playboys and drivers above 40 look like they are on viagra and drivers 50 and above will probably die of heart attack while driving it. how cool is that? not very.
Aston Martin, driven by 007 James Bond. needs no further introduction.
is James Bond cool? yes he is, and he drives an Aston Martin DBS in Casino Royale,
that easily upped the cool factor by a mile.
by the way, don't come arguing about the BHP, acceleration, top speed bla bla bla of the Ferrari and Lambo..
Looks and cool factor is all that matters, u can't put all 500BHP on the P.I.E. period.
Despite all these, Ferrari still has a special place in my heart, as long as their passion for racing never ends.
