dammit...i'm not studying again...
shld be changing my phone soon...my battered SE K608i has been my workhorse for the past 1 year+

good thing singtel has this mio thingy, which means i can buy a new phone at the 2 yr plan price! YAY!
also will get faster internet speed of 3mbps!! ok...tat sounds pathetic, but i'm currently only on 1mbps...which i think is the slowest of the unlimited broadband speeds.. so it will be a 3X increase in speed after the upgrade =)
oh...the best part is that i can change handsets just after 18mths.



ok...which phone i'm getting? u might wanna ask.

HTC Touch

a damn cool phone that looks like it came from Mission Impossible.
its a PDA phone that lets u scroll with ur thumb...
argh...its difficult to put it in words. u gotta see it to love it.
BUT it cost a freaking s$468.00 with a 2 year plan. way beyond my budget.

so continued to hunt for something stylish and with the right price.
LG Shine

a nice looking phone that has everything a decent phone should and should not have, a function called Fingerprint Magnet, which keeps the fingerprints of whoever touches it. some cool function eh
the full package for s$208 with 2 year plan

next,
Samsung L760

also a decent phone,2mp camera,ext memory up to 2gb, 3G as well as the Fingerprint Magnet.
oh yeah, this phone's got the best price @ s$38.00(2year)

a strong contender,
Samsung Ultra Edition 13.8

It's a, erm, High-Speed Downlink Packet Access(HSDPA) phone which promises super high speed downloads, which i dun give a damn,i mean, who would? or at least not an average student like me would.
also comes with a 3mp camera with focus,well should be great for my fishing trips, supports micro SD as well
a pretty neat package for s$198 and s$119 for full-time students =)

last but not least(or maybe it is)
Samsung Z560

this is a clamshell HSDPA(again) phone..
similar to the 13.8 in features. its camera's got auto focus and auto flash but compromising 1mp compared to the 13.8's 3mp.
a neat but not as neat package for s$198(2year)

nope...no Sony Ericsson phones caught my eye this time.

so u buggers try not to piss me off by getting the same phone as me k?
u noe u dun wanna piss me off, well u can try but my advise is DON'T.
