Went to BBC(Black Belt Club...not the news station u idiot.) for some training today.
A damn good chance to polish up my pattern.
did from Il jang to Koryo poomsae.
After everything Mr Chin pointed me out and said tat my pattern was lousy.(sorry Sir) Looks like i hav to re-learn my basics again.
there was a little sharing session on unarmed combat and self defence(even though i hav nothing to share with them) Learnt alot of new things there(thx Sir).
