For years I have been faithful to the prancing horse, till recently..
yes, i have a new favorite now..
the thing that stole my heart is the Aston Martin DBS, well, cant really explain that. It just happens, like when you have a crush on the girl/boy next to you.
frankly speaking, I can't find any reason NOT to like an Aston Martin.
Sure it doesn't spark as much excitement as a Ferrari or a Lamborghini,
but it's definitely a damn good looking car.
It's a gentleman's supercar, discreet, sporty yet formal.
Then u will get 15 year olds yepping about the Ferrari F430 and the Lamborghini Gallardo. No doubt these are absolutely wonderful cars and will easily turn more heads than the Aston Martin DBS.
But..Ferraris appear in Miami Vice, driven by Detective Sergeant James "Sonny" Crockett / Sonny Burnett is that cool? no.
Lamborghini appeared in Mission Impossible 3 driven by Agent Ethan Matthew Hunt.
ok..i admit that's quite cool. But Gallardos makes any of it's drivers under 30 look like playboys and drivers above 40 look like they are on viagra and drivers 50 and above will probably die of heart attack while driving it. how cool is that? not very.
Aston Martin, driven by 007 James Bond. needs no further introduction.
is James Bond cool? yes he is, and he drives an Aston Martin DBS in Casino Royale,
that easily upped the cool factor by a mile.
by the way, don't come arguing about the BHP, acceleration, top speed bla bla bla of the Ferrari and Lambo..
Looks and cool factor is all that matters, u can't put all 500BHP on the P.I.E. period.
Despite all these, Ferrari still has a special place in my heart, as long as their passion for racing never ends.

ok..before i start, lets just imagine we all live in an ideal world where money is not an issue.
pick a place where u would like to spend the rest of your life.
why?
what will u do there?
no right or wrong, just feel it.
For me, I'm thinking of Italy, where all the best cars and foods come from.
just me, my Ferrari(430 scuderia) and the open winding roads by the mountains and seas.
when i get bored of the winding roads, i can drive to Germany to max it out on the Autobahn, when i get bored of pastas and pizzas, just go to France.
just take a few moments to indulge in that fantasy and
SNAP.. u are back in the real world.

so stop putting Ferraris into a traffic jam.
Its NOT just a car.
do the sensible thing, drive a Toyota.

thats a Lotus Exige GT-3, the fastest Lotus in the world.
just look at that....350BHP from a 1.8 litre Toyota engine.
now THAT is engineering..not just typing in the laptop trying to make LEDs blink and the LCD to display messages like what we do in MPI.
Lotus engineers don't use the 8051 to churn out 350BHP from a 1.8
Ferrari engineers don't use the 8052 to win the world championship.
Lamborghini engineers don't use timer delay to make the Reventon go from 0-60mph in 3.4sec.
Bugatti engineers don't use shifting LEDs to make the Veyron get to 407km/h.
